Title: Clinical adverse reactions of amiodarone intravenous injection with micropump or conventional intravenous injection
Abstract: Objective To explore the application of micro pump infusion and the traditional artificial hand to push the adverse reaction of intravenous amiodarone. Methods Selected in our hospital injection of amiodarone in the treatment of 160 cases of the patients, which can be divided into intravenous micro pump and the traditional intravenous injection,80 cases in each group Each injection time is 8 minutes, amiodarone dose 100 mg,bolus is observed after 30 minutes, and in 24 hours of observation record other adverse reaction. Results In 160 patients receiving amiodarone injection with a total of 34 patients(21.25%) adverse reactions,in which amiodarone intravenous micro pump group(observation group) 12 cases(7.5%),traditional intravenous injection group(control group) in 22 cases(13.75%).The occurrence of adverse reactions of categories: phlebitis, gastrointestinal adverse reactions, sinus bradycardia heartbeat, hepatic adverse reactions, hypotension and pulmonary adverse reactions. There was a significant difference between observation group and control group(P 0.05)Conclusion Intravenous amiodarone pump can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, the clinical treatment effect comparison with traditional intravenous injection.
