Title: Yiqi Huoxue method for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis
Abstract: Objective To explore the method of Yiqi Huoxue clinical curative effect for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods The 60 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis gastrointestinal uses the digital meter were randomly divided into two groups at random,30 patients in each group. The control group's 30 cases was given antibiotics such as drug therapy. The experimental group 30 cases,on the basis of conventional treatment added method of Yiqi Huoxue( Astragalus membranaceus,American ginseng,Peach kernel,Safflower,etc.),two weeks for a period of treatment,the two courses of treatment. After the treatment,compared before and after treatment in patients with stomach pain,belching,acid regurgitation,loose stool pond,god each clinical symptoms such as fatigue symptom score improvement,and the clinical total effective rate of treatment. Results Two groups of patients with clinical manifestations were improved after treatment,the clinical total effective rate was 90. 0%,and the experimental group in the control group clinical total effective rate was 76. 7%,comparison of 2 groups has statistically significant( P 0. 05); In the two groups after treatment in patients with reflux,belching,defecate pond thin,stomach pain,fatigue and other clinical symptoms integral god are improved,and the experimental group have significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion Treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis,by applying the method of Yiqi Huoxue makes temper health,blood stasis elimination and centralizer and eliminate pathogenic. It can fundamentally improve the clinical symptoms,has more obvious advantages in reducing recurrence,clinical effect is remarkable and has a guiding significance,is worth clinical promotion.
