Abstract:Objective To establish methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of trifolirhizin from Sophora flavescens Ait.and compound Kushen injection.Methods TLC was used for identification of trifolirh...Objective To establish methods for qualitative and quantitative analysis of trifolirhizin from Sophora flavescens Ait.and compound Kushen injection.Methods TLC was used for identification of trifolirhizin from Sophora flavescens Ait.and compound Kushen injection.HPLC was used for determination of trifolirhizin from Sophora flavescens Ait.and compound Kushen injection.Results The characteristic spot of trifolirhizin could be detected by TLC.Trifolirhizin was linear within the range of 0.1 ~ 2.0 μg(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of trifolirhizin in Sophora flavescens Ait.was 99.84%(RSD =2.11%),and compound Kushe injection was 99.91%(RSD =0.32%).Conclusion The methods are simple,accurate and reliable,suitable for the quality control for Sophora flavescens Ait.and compound Kushen injection.Read More
