Title: Haemodynamics Influence of Epidural Anesthesia and General Anesthesia to Patients with Gynecological Laparoscopic Surgery
Abstract: Objective To discuss the haemodynamics influence of epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia. Method 360 patients were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods and each group included 180 patients. Group A was chosen epidural anesthesia, group B was chosen general anesthesia. comparing the three time points of before anesthesia, during intubation and extubation, observed the two groups of hemodynamics before and after operation. Results The indexes of patients in the two groups were of no statistical difference, P0.05; at the time of tube incubation, the indexes of Group B had statistical difference with those of Group A, P0.05. Conclusion Traditional anesthesia epidural anesthesia has a certain degree of pain, hemodynamic indexes are stable, although there will be a general anesthesia intubation and extubation hemodynamic fluctuations, but also in the normal range.
