Title: Analysis of Corporations Value China and Management of Value Based on Net Cash Flow
Abstract: In the theory of modern enterprises, analysis of the value chain and management of value are powerful tools to help the corporations to establish its competitive advantage and development strategy. This study attempts to analyze the corporation value chain from 3 perspectives, within the company itself, from the vertical chains, from the horizontal connections. We also introduce the concept of net cash flow from corporation finance, to define the quantitative variable in management based on value in order to resolve the problem that the traditional value management is not feasible.
