Title: Measurement of Barley Quality by Near Infrared Spectroscopy
Abstract: The use of GB method and near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) analysis of Barley Moisture content,protein,starch and Lysine.At the same time,IA-450-type near infrared analyzer were used in the calibration equation according to four main quality indicators,the correlation coefficients Rc were 0.984 7,0.994 7,0.955 9 and 0.974 2,respectively.SEP was 0.164 9~9.062 0.The result indicated that the barley moisture,protein,starch,lysine calibration equation using NIRS can be used directly in the rapid determination of the quality of barley and the filter of large quantity of breeding material.
