Title: Study Clinical Effect of Escitalopram in the Treatment of Parkinson's merge Depression
Abstract: Objective To study the escitalopram treatment of Parkinson's consolidated results of clinical depression. Methods Selected 100 cases ith Parkinson's consolidated depression from June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital,randomly divided into observation group and control group of 50 patients. The control group of patients treated with the drug amitriptyline, observed in patients with drug escitalopram treatment, comparing the two groups of patients with the therapeutic effect. Results The treatment of patients with total effective rate was 90% in the control group of patients with total effective rate was 80%, which was observed in patients with HDMA scores of HAMD scores were significantly lower than the control group, patients in the observation group shows better treatment. Conclusion Escitalopram treatment of depression in Parkinson merge significant clinical effect.
