Title: Study on Polyacrylonitrile Nanofiber by Electrospinning and Coated Filaments
Abstract: Polyacrylonitrile(PAN) nanofibers are prepared by electrospinning,the effects of technics parameters such as solution concentration,applied voltage and the extrsion rate on preparation and morphology of electrospun fibers are investigated,and then electrospinning is employed to coat PAN nanofibers on filaments.The Results show that the PAN solution concentration and the folw rate have a profound effect on nanofiber diameter,the higher solution concentration is,the greater the possibility of electrospinning is,the low flow rate can electrospin well-proportioned nanofibers,the diameter is tended to decrease with the increase of applied voltage.Nanofibers can tightly coat the filaments.And this offeres a new method and technology for the application of nanofiber,modification of filaments and the interface design of fibers enforced composites.
