Title: Determination of the residual methanol in wine by capillary gas hromatography with headspace sampling
Abstract: Objective:To establish a headspace sampling capillary GC method with isopropanol as interna1 standard for the determination of methanol in Wine. Methods: The chromatographic column was Agilent DB-624 capillary column(30 m×0.53 mm×3 μm).temperature programming,N2 was carrier gas at a column flow rate of 2 ml·min-1,split rate was 2.0∶ 1.The Agilent 7694E headspace sampling was used at heated emperature 85℃.Vial equilibration times was 30 min;Detector was FID.Results: The linear range of this method in methanol was 8.0 μg·ml-1~1600.0 μg·ml-1(r=1).The lowest detective concentration was 1 μg·ml-1.The average recovery rate was 99.6%,RSD=1.9%(n=6).Conclusion: This method is a rapid, simple accurate and suitable for determination of the residual methanol in Wine.
