Title: Correlation between biochemical indicators and cytokines in hepatitis C patients
Abstract: Objective:To study the correlation between biochemical indicators and cytokines of interferon-γ(IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),interleukin-10(IL-10) in hepatitis C patients.Methods:66 patients with hepatitis C were selected as the material, the statistical software was used to analyze the correlation between biochemical indicators and the three cytokines in the 66 patients.Results:①There was a lower correlation between GLO and TNF(r=-0.287,P=0.046),all biochemical indicators and the cytokines had no significant correlation.②There was a significantly correlation between ALT and AST(r=0.869,P=0).③There was a weak correlation between IFN-γ and TNF-α(r=0.448,P=0.009),there was no significant correlation among other cytokines. Conclusion:There are lower correlations not only in various biochemical indicators and in cytokines, but also between biochemical indicators and three cytokines.
