Title: Hysteresis Phenomenon and Tendency of Development and Reform in Practice of University Teaching Management in China
Abstract: With the coming of knowledge economy,the university educational idea has changed fundamentally.Innovation,internationalization and human development have replaced required educational thoughts.The fundamental task of higher education is promoting all-round development of human beings and the university teaching management should follow the student-oriented idea.Lagging behind the advanced education thoughts,the practice of university teaching management in China does not fit the requirements of talent training nowadays.The talent training mode is still mechanical and of the demand,the teaching management is still administrative and teaching-centered,the talent training target is still vague and general and hidebound,the teacher management is still simple and superficial,and the teaching evaluation is still monotonic and formalized in Chinese universities.So the university teaching management practice must be directed by the modern education thoughts to innovate the talent mode,to establish the modern university teaching management system,and to reform the manner of teaching management and teaching evaluation so that the university teaching management level would be improved overall.
