Title: Clinical prognostic analysis and characteristics of immunophenotyping with adult acute myeloid leukemia
Abstract: Objective Methods To evaluate the characteristics of immunophenotyping in adult patientis with acute myeloid leukemia(AML) and its association with the clinical prognostics. Methods:Immunophenotyping was performed in 146 adult patients with AML by multi-color flow cytometry analysis using CD45/SSC gating. Results In 146 patients with AML,the antigens were mainly expressing CD33(82.9%)、CD13(81.5%) and CD117(78.0%) respectively.About 30.8% were expressed lymphoid-associated antigen(Ly+AML),The most frequently were CD7(19.2%) and CD19(6.8%).4 cases of acute hybrid acute leukemia(HAL) were found. The CR rate of the Ly+AML patients was significantly lower than that of the Ly-AML patients(P0.05).and also the CR rate has statistics significan between CD7+ and CD7-patients.Conclusion Multi-color flow cytometry has important role in diagnostic and prognostic for the AML patients,we found the low CR rate among the Ly+AML,CD7+AML patients.
