Title: Application of Absorbable Suture Biological Treatment in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Abstract: Objective:To investigate the biological absorbable suture in obstetrics and gynecology treatment in clinical application and its application value.Method:Ninety-six maternal were selected as the research objects in our obstetrics and gynecology from February 2012 to February 2013,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,48 cases in each group. The observation group was given biological absorbable sutures for postoperative continuous suture, the control group was given ordinary suture way for postoperative continuous suture. The operation time, healing of incision, postoperative condition, hospital stay, postoperative lochia duration and pain score index of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The suture of observation group could effectively degrade, incision healing rate of the observation group before hospital discharge was 91.41%,it was significantly higher than 77.1%(37/48)of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The observation groupdid not appear to have stitches pain of pregnant women, all of which were mild incision pain, pregnant women in the control group were mostly moderate to severe pain degree stitches, wound pain of moderate degree, pain score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The days of hospitalization, operation time, postoperative duration of lochia of the observation group were less than in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).The rate of postoperative incision dehiscence, the rate of incision infection and fat liquefaction rate of the observation group were significantly better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Biological absorbable suture can be effectively degraded in vitro,in clinical treatment of Obstetrics and gynecology. The effect is good, worth in clinical obstetrics and gynecology operation in the application and popularization of.
