Abstract: With survey data collected from 414 farmers of professional farmers cooperatives in Jiangxi Province,an empirical study was conducted to study the factors affecting farmers fulfilling the contracts through the construction of a two-element Logistic model. The results showed that: Education, price fluctuations of agricultural products, the distance between the village and the town, government support, changes in agricultural technologies after joining the co-operatives,agricultural cooperatives' investment in agricultural facilities, profit return, penalties clauses and penalties for members of cooperatives who have violated contract terms are positively related to the behaviors in fulfilling the contracts. Household number of laborers, ratio of agricultural income to total revenue, agricultural input cost and infrastructure are negatively related while age and gender have not significant influence; Fruit and vegetable farmers are more likely to fulfill the contract; In order to improve the rate of farmers fulfilling the contracts, some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
