Title: Optimization of different SiO_2/Al_2O_3 of in situ synthesis of Cu-SAPO-34/cordierite and its performance for catalytic reduction of NO_x
Abstract: A Cu-SAPO-34/cordierite catalyst was prepared by in situ hydrothermal synthesis with the different SiO2/Al2O3.The morphology and structure of the samples were characterized by Xray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy.And,the removal of NOx and anti-aging properties of the catalytic samples were evaluated from a simulated diesel exhaust.The results indicate that catalytic performance of Cu-SAPO-34was significantly affected by the values of SiO2/Al2O3of initial gel in the catalyst preparation process.Furthermore the catalysts prepared via SiO2/Al2O3molar ratio of 0.3—07values present excellent de-NOx activities and anti-aging properties.
