Title: Clinical curative effect observation on atorvastatin combined with compound Danshen injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease
Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical use of atorvastatin combined with compound Danshen injection in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods The study subjects were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, two groups were given rest, low flow oxygen, expectorant, cardiac stimulant, diuresis and other conventional treatment; Experimental group were used composite salvia miltiorrhiza injection 40 mL plused 5% glucose 500 mL, Ⅳ drip, 1 time a day, atorvastatin 20 mg oral at the same time, every night 1 time on the basis of routine treatment. The control group were received basic therapy with atorvastatin 20 mg oral, every night 1 time. The clinical effect and liver function of the two groups were observed after 6 weeks. Results The experimental group of clinical efficiency was obviously superior to the control group, P 0.01; The liver function of the two groups were compared be fore and after treatment, AST and ALT were higher than those before therapy of the control group (AST: P 0.01, ALT: P 0.05 ), AST and ALT in experimental group were significantly lower than that of control group (all P 0.01). Conclusion The combination of atorvastatin and Danshen injection can improve the clinical curative effect of chronic pulmonary heart disease.
