Title: A political implication of China's entry into WTO
Abstract: Though there are relations between politics and administration, they are very different. The globalization sets different demands to the Chinese politics and administration. Upon the entry to WTO, the Chinese government made a promise to attain the international standards in policy's transparency, certainty, and fairness, which, in turn, means a demand for an strengthened and perfected socialist democracy. To this end, the Chinese government needs a further reform on the administrative system, which should be centered in the service of its members.
