Title: Current Situations and Solutions to Construction of Teacher Team in Hubei Special Schools
Abstract: There are some achievements in the construction of the teacher team in special schools of Hubei Province,but some problems still linger: low level of professionals,great disparities in educational background among individuals and regions,obstructed human resources mechanism and ineffective teacher training.The reasons are: unitary model of training,the unbalanced responsibility in relation to due benefits,and scarce educational investment.Therefore,more measures should be taken in special education teacher training.It is imperative to formulate the qualification standards and certification system.Resolute reforms for human resources system should be carried out to improve and guarantee the quality of teachers and improve their treatment.
