Title: Application of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia with Proseal Laryngeal Mask Ventilation Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy
Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effects of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with Proseal laryngeal mask(PLMA) undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Methods Forty patients(ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ) were randomly divided into two groups(n=20 each).Group A received the anesthesia with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with PLMA and group B received the anesthesia with TCI by PLMA.The changes of HR and SBP in the two groups were monitored in terms of pre-induction(T0),post-induction(T1),the moment of wearing the mask(T2),Cutting skin(T3),the moment of obtaining gallbladder(T4),the moment of removal the mask(T5),respectively.Induction time, resistance time in PACU and postoperative delirium were also recorded. Results HR and SBP in the two groups showed no obvious change in each moment. The induction time was(95±23)s in group A while(178±97)s in group B(P0.05,group comparison). The resistance time in PACU was(12±2)min in group A while(10±3)min in group B.(P0.05,group comparison). The incidence of postoperative delirium was 15% in group A and 20% in group B(P0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia with Proseal laryngeal mask ventilation undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy was effective and safe with quicker onset, convenient operation, more steady haemodynamics, less postoperative delirium. It was an ideal method.
