Title: Design and presentation KPI for doctor performance management
Abstract: Objectives: To explore KPI system for evaluation doctors performance and quantity measurement methods to support hospital human resources management. Methods: Followed by the principle of SMART, by analyzing the roles of doctor and the characteristics of medical service, KPI system for doctor evaluation were designed. Comprehensive score of KPI were calculated with the methods of direct weighting methods. Results: System framework of KPI for evaluation doctor’s performance including seven dimensions and 102 indicators was constructed. The results of evaluation were presented by dashboard through DSS. Conclusions: Systematic quantitative scoring method can be used to evaluate doctor’s performance. Dashboard presentation could not only display the key problems directly, but also could monitoring and analyze doctor’s performance to help doctor’s future development.
