Title: Bottom-up teaching method and discourse analysis
Abstract: Applied linguistics and semantic theory are developing gradually,and the achievements are applied in language teaching.The bottom-up teaching method and discourse analysis theory have some common characteristics in foreign language teaching.It absorbs traditional teaching method and communicative approach.This paper will discuss the appliance of these two theories and the guidance to foreign language teaching.This will be helpful to students' communicative competence.
