Title: Clinical effect research of compound danshen dripping pills combined with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris
Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Compound Danshen dripping pills with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris, provide the basis for clinical medication. Methods 80 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris from 2012 March-2012 year in December treated in our hospital were divided into the control group of 40 cases and combined treatment group of 40 cases according to different time and methods of treatment.The control group was treated with conventional aspirin,combined treatment group were treated with Compound danshen dripping pills on basis of conventional therapy,sublingual or oral,after 4 weeks the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results After the treatment,12 cases is excellent in control group,efficient 19 cases,invalid 9 cases the total efficiency was 77.5%;combined treatment group excellent 15 cases,effective 23 cases,invalid 2 cases,the total efficiency of 95.0%, the effect of combined treatment group was better than the control group,with significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion The effect of compound danshen dripping pills with aspirin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is better significant ly than simple aspirin treatment,worthy of reasonable clinical promotion.
