Title: COMPARISON OF TWO YEAR'S POLLEN FLUX AND VERTICAL DISPERSION IN THE MIXED CONIFER AND BROAD-LEAVED FOREST OF THE CHANGBAI MOUNTAIN
Abstract: A comparison of pollen assemblages and pollen influx between 2005 and 2006 in mixed conifer and broad-leaved forest of Changbai Mountains shows that the pollen assemblages are similar with arboreal pollen taxa dominated in all the samples, but the percentages of arboreal pollen are slightly higher and shrub and herb pollen are lower in 2006 than in 2005. The reason is concerned with more precipitation in florescence and lower temperature in 2005. But both in 2005 and 2006,the vertical pollen influxes show similar dispersal trend, especially for the main arboreal pollen of Fraxinus,Betular,Quercus, and Pinus in different height. The results show that the herb and shrub pollen mainly come from their nearby plants, whereas the arboreal pollen have farther pollen sources than those of herb and shrub pollen, and some regional pollen taxa can also influence the pollen assemblages.
