Abstract: service design is a important part of service marketing.the four influencing factors of service consist of demanding of customer service,situation of market competition,competence of company service and cost of service.service design and customer demand should be co-relationship,companies should lead the needs of customers effectively by the design of service,and affect customers`standard that they value the service.They should choose those services which customers lay their eyes on to get better service repay.They should also improve their ability of serving customers to take better place in the service competition.In the long run,the strategy for business development of company decides the four-factor`s places in the design of service.In short,the trouble of companies` manage decides the four-factor`s specific places in the design of service.
