Title: Application of Formative Assessment in Medical Undergraduate Practice Education
Abstract: There are no reports about formative assessment's application in medical undergraduate practice education in China.In this article,emphasis is put on the effective application of formative assessment in intern education.To assure the effect of formative assessment in intern education,the supervising clinicians must do the following things: 1.Supervising clinicians in receiving formative assessment training;2.Each formative assessment technique is specifically assigned to specific teaching content;3.Grading system is created for each application of formative assessment.In summary,in order to apply formative assessment in medical undergraduate practice education widely and effectively in China,it is necessary to intensively introduce formative assessment to medical educators,standardize formative assessment techniques and grading systems,and constantly modify the application of formative assessment based on students' performance.
