Title: Turbulence-degraded Infrared Image Blind Restoration Method Based on Generalized Regularization
Abstract: A turbulence-degraded blind image restoration method based on generalized regularization was proposed.A appropriate turbulence-degraded model was established for infrared image and the entire restoration method was designed in the framework of maximum-likelihood estimation.To suppress noise and incorporate knowledge about infrared image more effectively,the proposed method generalizes original nonlinear regularization.The strategy of generalized regularization was suggested,which divides regularization into two parts with different emphasis on noise-suppression and image edge-preservation,and alternately estimates PSF and object image.
