Abstract: To implement the Law of Labor Contract,we are faced with many challenges.Labor relations in China are diversified,manifold,market-oriented,broad in scale and complicated.The system of labor contract should join to other systems of labor law so as to regulate and coordinate labor relations with an overall effect.According to the Law of Labor Contract,the system of labor contract should take the system of collective contract,the system of Workers' Congress,the mechanism of tripartite consultation of labor relations,the system of labor dispute settlement and the system of supervision and inspection as the starting points.
