The results showed that the flow behavior was significantly affected by thermal deformation conditions. The flow characteristics were characterized by the steady state and the metastable state occur simultaneously, and the flow stress increased with either decreasing deformation temperature or increasing strain rate. The experimental results showed that the alloy was characterized lower deformation resistance and high ductility at higher deformation temperature and low strain rate. The optimum parameters range for plastic deformation of the alloy had been determined according to the thermalmechanical simulation, and the deformation temperature was over 623 K and the strain rate was below 0.1s-1.Read More
