Title: Determination of 26 organochlorine pesticide residues in bamboo shoots by GC-MS/MS coupled with MSPD
Abstract: Developed a method for determination of 26 organochlorine pesticides in bamboo shoots by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry( GC-MS / MS) using matrix solid phase dispersion clean up. The splintered sample were purified by MSPD using florisil powder and eluted by 20 m L acetone-n-hexane( 1 + 2,v / v),the 26 target organochlorine pesticides were rapidly detected by GC-MS / MS using external standard method. The results indicated that the calibration curves of 26 organochlorine pesticides showed good linear relationship in the concentration of 5 ~ 200 μg / m L with correlation coefficients greater than 0. 99. The recoveries of the 26 organochlorine pesticides in bamboo shoot( from 0. 01 to0. 1 mg / kg) ranged from 81. 1% to 108. 9% with the relative standard deviation( RSD) ranged from 3. 3% to 9. 5%.It indicated that the method had good accuracy and precision,which can meet the pesticides testing requirements.
