Title: WANG Kungen's Opinion on Disharmony Between Liver and Spleen Syndrome
Abstract: Disharmony between liver and spleen syndrome is one of the most common concurrent Zang-Fu syndromes in diseases of digestive system.However,its essence and principles are not clear yet.WANG Kungen,one of the fourth and fifth batch of the nationwide famous doctors of TCM,has put forward that disharmony between liver and spleen syndrome cantains five syndrome-factors,that is,hyperactivity of liver qi,stagnation of liver qi,deficiency of liver blood,stagnation of spleen qi,and deficiency of spleen qi.These syndrome factors can mainly form six syndromes,namely,hyperactivity of liver qi and stagnation of spleen qi syndrome,hyperactivity of liver qi and deficiency of spleen qi syndrome,stagnation of liver qi and spleen qi syndrome,stagnation of liver qi and deficiency of spleen qi syndrome,deficiency of liver blood and stagnation of spleen qi syndrome,and deficiency of liver blood and spleen qi syndrome.The corresponding treating principles are restraining liver qi and invigorating spleen qi,restraining liver qi and tonifying spleen qi,dispersing stagnated liver qi and invigorating spleen qi,dispersing stagnated liver qi and tonifying spleen qi method,nourishing liver blood and invigorating spleen qi,and nourishing liver blood and invigorating spleen qi.
