Title: A Satisfaction and Demand Survey on Community Health Service after Health Care Reform in Hangzhou
Abstract: Objective To investigate the satisfaction rate and demands of Hangzhou citizens on the community health service(CHS) after health care reform.Methods Xiacheng,Gongshu and Yuhang Districts were selected by stratified random sampling method.70 residents from every district were surveyed randomly by an intercept questionnaire method.Results Only about 0.5% percent of residents knew the health care reform.The satisfaction rate was about 33.3%.Diagnosis of common diseases and drug dispensing service were in great need.Conclusion The active service consciousness in community doctors should be improved in order to raise the satisfaction rate of community health service.Culture of talents is of great importance for strengthening the basic medical and health institutions.Proper public media and opinion can help implementing essential medicine policy and the health care reform.
