Abstract:The extracting condition was established through orthogonal design experiment,and then the quanti- tative of baicalin in the different parts of scutellaria baicalensis and kuqin was analyzed respectiv...The extracting condition was established through orthogonal design experiment,and then the quanti- tative of baicalin in the different parts of scutellaria baicalensis and kuqin was analyzed respectively by using HPLC method.The HPLC fingerprints of different parts of scutellaria baicalensi and kuqin were set up and compared,and 4 common peaks of flavonoids in scutellaria baicalensis were confirmed.In room temperature,the extracts were separated on a Platinum C_l8 analytical column(4.6mm×250mm,5μm) by using solvent system 1:3 CH_3CN and H_2O- THF-H_3PO_4(80:10:0.2) at a flow rate of 0.3mL/min.The UV detection wavelength was 274nm,and the linear ranges of baicalin was 0.43-2.1μg.Conclusively,the methods can be used scientifically to evaluate the quality of different parts of scutellaria baicalensis and kuqin both qualitatively and quantitatively.Read More
