Title: Therapeutic Observation on Acupuncture plus Blood-letting Puncture for Post-stroke Deglutition Disorders
Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus blood-letting puncture in treating post-stroke deglutition disorders.Method A total of 108 patients with post-stroke deglutition disorders were randomized into a treatment group(n=78) and a control group(n=30) according to the visiting sequence.The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus blood-letting puncture,and the control group was by acupuncture alone.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated respectively.Result The total effective rate was 83.3% in the treatment group versus 70.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the water drinking test score(P0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus blood-letting puncture is an effective method in treating post-stroke deglutition disorders.
