Title: Simultaneous Determination of Emodin,chrysophanol and Physcion In Lidanpaishi Tablet by HPLC
Abstract: Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of emodin,chrysophanol and physcion in Lidanpaishi tablet.Method:The analysis was carried out with Agilent SB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)column and the mobile phase consisted of Acetontrile-Methanal-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(42∶35∶23)at a flow of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 254 nm.Result:The calibration curve was linear within the range of 3.4×10-3-1.14 μg(r=0.999 9),5.3×10-3-1.06 μg(r=0.999 8) and 1.9×10-3-0.49 μg(r=0.999 2) for emodin,chrysophanol and physcion,respectively.The average recoveries were 101.1%(RSD 1.1%),100.5%(RSD 0.9%) and 99.3%(RSD 1.1%) for emodin,chrysophanol and physcion,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and prcise,can be used for the quality of Lidanpaishi tablets.
