Title: Economic Globalization and International Economic Law
Abstract: The tendency of economic globalization will influence the development of economic law in many ways. In the 21st century the main contradiction in the development of international law is still the struggle between the new international economic order and the old one among the southern and the northern countries. Along with economic globalization this contradiction and struggle have new contents and expression. The study of international economic law in China should proceed from China's concrete conditions. It should focus on the main contradiction in the tendency of economic development and the development of international economic law and concentrate on some major issues such as the relationship between economic globalization and the principle of national economic sovereignty. At the same time correct methodology should be applied in the study.
