Title: A Customer Relationship Management AlgorithmBased on Statistic Optimization
Abstract: This paper proposes a statistic algorithm based on assured factors to classify clients,and use rough sets and statistic knowledge to deal with uncertain knowledge and mine the latent clients. The experimental results indicate that the algorithm enhances the rates of completeness and precision.
