Description: When 2.0% ethanol was added to the defined medium, cell concentration of Acetobacter xylinum HN001 increased during oxygenation of ethanol to acetic acid. At the same time, consuming percentage of glucose increased from 42.0% to 74.5%, yield of cellulose enhanced up to 5.40g/L.
