Title: Function, Principles and Standards of Reference Documents Catalogue in Research Papers
Abstract: The standardized compilation of the academic periodical is not only the certain demand of the new situation, but also the inevitable result in accordance with the international level. Some authors pay little attention to the reference documents catalogue when they write research papers. Focused on this question, we analyze and interpret that the reference document is an important and necessary part in the structure of a research paper. It can directly reflect the level of research, enrich the academic intention and embody the scientific and technological ethics. In this paper, we suggest 4 principles for selecting the catalogue, that is, adopt the formally published, the directly in-used, the latest and most important and the properly self-quoted. Furthermore, in order to make authors pay more attention to catalogue, we illustrate all kinds of catalogue standards in reference documents and give some advice on how to compile it precisely.
