Title: Extraction process optimization of polyphenol from guava leaf
Abstract: 【Objective 】The extraction condition of polyphenol from guava leaf was optimized in order to provide references for its exploitation and utilization. 【 Method 】 Using guava leaf as material, the orthogonal experiment was done by choosing volume fraction of ethanol, material-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction temperature on the basis of single factor experiment, and the effect on the extraction of polyphenols from guava leaf was explored.【Result 】The sequence of influencing factors of polyphenol extraction from guava leaf was ethanol volume percentagematerial-liquid ratio extraction time extraction temperature. The best extraction conditions were 80 % ethanol, the material-liquid ratio of 1 ∶3, the extraction temperature of 50 ℃ and duration of 2.5 h, under which the polyphenol content of guava leaf was 6. 702 mg / g. 【 Conclusion 】 Due to its low cost, easy operation and little solvent, refluxing ethanol extraction was an effective method for extracting polyphenols in guava leaf.
