Title: Study On the Consumption Behavior in Shenzhen of Tourists from Mainland to Hong Kong
Abstract: Tourists from mainland to Hong Kong are the major tourism segment market for Shenzhen.The research focuses on consumer characteristics,purchase behaviors and after-behaviors of purchase,and analyzes the consumer behavior factors.It shows one third of tourists to Hong Kong stay in Shenzhen,and the main group is the middle-aged and young tourists.The sex,age,profession and the purpose of tourism seem to be the major factor of their stay motivation,time and aim.Based on such analysis,it puts forward some feasible suggestions by rendering convenient traffic and abundant product mix,enlarging hotel of extent,expanding marketing channels,exploiting latent tourists.
