Title: MICROWAVE-ASSISTED EXTRACTION OF FLAVONOIDS FROM CHRYSANTHEMUM
Abstract: To study the extraction of flavonoids with the technology of microwave,the effects of microwave output power,alcohol concentration,material-liquid rate and microwave irradiation time on the extraction were investigated.The parameters of extraction process were optimized through orthogonal test and the result indicated that the primary factor which influenced the extracting rate was alcohol concentration,then it was irradiation time,the material-liquid rate.The best extraction condition was alcohol concentration 60 %,irradiation time120 s,material-liquid rate 1∶20.Under this condition,the extracting rate of flavonoids was 4.83 %.
