Title: The Application of Evidence-based Care in Obstetric Teaching
Abstract: Objective To investigate the evidence-based care in obstetric nursing teaching of effect.Method To obstetric hospital in February 2009 ~ February 2011 full-time internship during the junior college nursing,84 interns were divided into control and experimental groups were given the traditional nursing education,through nursing teaching certificate,teaching methods were compared with the impact of nursing students.Results The experimental group teaching for teaching evidence-based nursing education achieved is better than the control group,experimental group,89.19% of nursing students increased confidence on the future work,94.59% of the nursing students that this is conducive to nursing knowledge is updated,91.89% of the nursing students improved ability to identify problems and problem-solving,97.30% of nursing students on satisfaction with teaching methods,97.30% of the nursing students to stimulate interest in learning and 86.49% of the nursing students improved clinical thinking.Conclusion Compared with the traditional nursing education,only with more evidence-based nursing teaching students the ability to access documents and information to develop evidence-based thinking ability of nursing students to fully mobilize the enthusiasm to learn and enhance the practice of nursing students on the future work self-confidence and stimulate interest in learning and help to promote teacher self-improvement.
