By comprehensive analysis of political, economic, historical and security elements, this paper suggests that central and eastern European countries will pursue the policies that “seeking close ties to Washington while not forsaking Europe”. In the meantime,to improve the relationship with Russia is also an important part of the foreign policies of the countries.
