Title: The Effect Observation of Pelvic Floor Muscle Training and Nursing Care in the Treatment of Postpartum Stress Urinary Incontinence
Abstract: Objective:To explore the effect of pelvic floor muscle training and nursing care in the treatment of postpartum stress urinary incontinence(SUI). Method:124 women diagnosed for stress urinary incontinence from author's hospital were divided into three groups,mild group had 48 cases,moderate group had 44 cases and severe group had 32 cases.All women were performed pelvic floor muscle training for 8 weeks.Compared the ICI-Q-SF score of before and after treatments by means of ICI-Q-SF tables and the treatment effect.Result:The total effective rate of mild group was 83.33%,the total effective rate of moderate was 72.73%,and the total effective rate of severe group was 43.75%.The therapy effect of mild group was significantly better than moderate group and severe group(P0.05).The ICI-Q-SF scores after treatment were lower than that of before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:It is an effective and simple method for women postpartum with stress urinary incontinence by pelvic floor muscle training, and it is worthy of promotion.
