Title: The correlation research of serum cystatin C,glomerular filtration rate(e-GFR)and urinary albumin creatinine ratio in diabetic nephropathy
Abstract: Objective To investigate the correlation of diabetic nephropathy serum cystatin C(Cys-C),and glomerular filtration rate(e-GFR),urinary albumin creatinine ratio(m-Alb/Cr).Methods Detect 121 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients and 60 normal controls for serum cystatin C,glomerular filtration rate, urinary albumin creatinine ratio, according to different levels of serum cystatin C group, compare the serum cystatin C,glomerular filtration rate, urinary albumin creatinine ratio sensitivity and relativity. Results In diabetic nephropathy group and the normal control group, the level of serum cystatin C showed significant differences(p0.05);cystatin C in different groups, the diabetic nephropathy group A and the normal control group, urinary m-Alb/Cr had significant differences(p0.05),diabetic nephropathy group B group and control group A between the Cys-C,e-GFR,m-Alb/Cr three indexes were significantly different(p0.01);cystatin C while e-GFR abnormal, with a good correlation between the two. Conclusion The sensitivity of urine m-Alb/Cr was significantly higher than serum Cys-C and e-GFR in diabetic nephropathy;serum cystatin C while e-GFR abnormal exist obvious correlated, cystatin C in the course of prosecution of diabetic nephropathy has a very good value.
