Title: DETECTION OF ABAMECTIN IN ITS MIXED PRODUCT BY REVERSED-PHASE HIGH-PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY (RP-HPLC)
Abstract: The present paper dealt with Detection of Abamectin in its mixed product by Reversed-Phase High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (rp-HPLC). The conditions for rp-HPLC analysis were the chromatographic column of C 18 and the mobile phase of methanol : water =9:1 with velocity of 0.8mL/min, the amount of injection was 10ul, the detector wave was 245nm with room temperature of 25℃. The standard sample of pure Abamectin was detected to lay out the rp-HPLC chromatogram, preserving time, peak value, peak area of the active ingredients, of which the preserving time of B 1a was 7.05 min while that of B 1b was 6.2 min. The concentration of Abamectin was positively related to the rp-HPLC peak area with linear equation of y = 0.0405x - 0.1641 (r=0.9998). In the detection system, the reclaiming rate(93.5%-102.5%), precision and coefficient of variability(0.32%-0.71%) were fit to requirement of the analysis. The result shows that the content of Abamectin B1a in its mixed insecticide is 0.077%
