Title: A Research on the Teaching Effects in the Elective Course of Non-rigid Volleyball for Female Students of Institutions of Higher Learning
Abstract: This paper, by using experimental and contrastive methods, makes an experimental research on the teaching of the elective course of non-rigid volleyball for female students in institutions of higher learning from the three aspects of basic techniques, psychology and physical quality. The study shows that female students learn the basic techniques of non-rigid volleyball faster than that of rigid volleyball. It also shows that the students have overcome the fear of passing ball psychologically and have improved their physical quality to some extent. This helps with the popularization and practice of the non-rigid volleyball among female students.
