Title: Electrical sliding wear behavior of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy
Abstract: Using SEM and EDS,the electrical sliding worn surface and mechanism of Cu-0.40Cr-0.10Zr alloy,which were tested on self-made electrical wear test facility after been drawn into wire materials and aged at 480℃ for 2h,are investigated in this paper.The wear mechanism of Cu-Cr-Zr alloy is made up of adhesive wear and abrasive wear without current,while adhesive wear,abrasive wear and arc erosion would be the dominate mechanism under currents.The trend of adhesive wear and arc erosion would be serious with the increased currents.
