Title: Cerebral revascularization treatment the curative effect and prognosis of hemorrhagic moyamoya disease were analyzed
Abstract: Objectives To investigate the effects of revascularization surgery on hemorrhagic moyamoya disease. Methods The clinical and follow-up data of 37 patients with hemorrhagic moyamoya disease were analyzed retrospectively. Different treatments, which included direct bypass, indirect bypass, combined bypass and conserved treatment, were compared as well. Results Patients who underwent revascularization surgery had a lower chance of rebleeding and a longer stroke-free time than those with conserved treatment. Direct and combined bypass surgery had a better revascularization efficiency than indirect way. Conclusions Revascularization surgery may be an effective treatment in hemorrhagic moyamoya disease.
