Title: Expatriates Cultural Clash in the View of Cultural Differences
Abstract: Cultural differences bring about great barriers in an process of joint-management in the organization, which usually leads to the poor management. The source of expatriates cultural differences combined with the cultural theory is analyzed for this purpose. The analysis of specific corporate culture of the organization, which is greatly different from the national culture in the foreign country, is developed from the theoretic level also in this paper.
